Session Description

Leveraging RapidSOS to Save Lives: Reflections from the 2020 Nashville Christmas Day Bombing

RapidSOS’s Director of Customer Success, Jamison Peevyhouse, hosts an open dialogue with three Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs) from the Nashville, TN area about the events of the 2020 Christmas Day bombing. During the multi-hour outage that disrupted communication networks, dispatchers at these three ECCs used RapidSOS to respond to emergencies.

We are honored to have three leaders from these ECCs share their stories about the events on Christmas Day 2020 and offer insight into how the RapidSOS emergency response data platform supported their teams to service their communities and send help to those in need on that day.

Our mission
