A: My name is Elena Sagen. I’m 10 years old and go to Schiesher Elementary School in Lisle, Illinois.
Q: Why did you want to get involved with RapidSOS?
A: I wanted to get involved with RapidSOS because I wanted to help kids and families in emergencies. I want to let people know that there is an app called Haven that kids can use to text 9-1-1. I sent an email to Michael Martin, CEO of RapidSOS to see how I could help tell people about the app.

A: When I grow up I want to be a preschool or Kindergarten teacher.
Q: What do you like to do in your free time?
A: In my free time I like to do DIY (do-it-yourself) projects. I also spend a lot of time doing competitive dance and I’m in jazz, hip-hop, & production (large group dance). Also, over the summer I’m involved in community theatre.
Q: What has been the coolest part of working with RapidSOS so far?
A: The coolest part of working with RapidSOS so far has been the T-shirt. Ha! No I’m kidding. I like going to the meetings with the important people in my town to talk with them about RapidSOS. I also liked FaceTiming with Michael – that was really cool.
