Prepared and RapidSOS partner to deliver livestream and text to ECCs for free

Empowering ECCs to save more lives through new, actionable data

Our Joint Solution

The Prepared Live and RapidSOS Joint Solution

Prepared Live is a software solution that enables dispatchers to live stream and receive photo, video, text, and GPS location from mobile 911 callers in real-time. The platform also enables outbound text-from-911.

By providing real-time, actionable data from callers, Prepared Live enables ECCs to more effectively and efficiently respond to emergencies and non-emergencies. Whether a citizen dials 911 to report a fire, a crime in progress, or a minor, non-active car accident, the dispatcher is empowered to deploy the right solution by leveraging critical data from the caller.

About Prepared

Prepared is on a mission to build software that helps dispatchers and first responders save lives. We believe that every community should be equipped with modern solutions for modern emergencies.

Prepared Live, our core offering, allows 911 PSAPs to access live video, photo, GPS location, and text messaging on any mobile 911 call they receive. This information can be shared with first responders in real-time, ensuring that they arrive on-scene better informed and better equipped for the emergency they face.
