StrataSite, the cloud-based Incident Action Plan platform for K-12 schools, colleges and universities, large employment centers, and public events, has announced an innovative partnership with RapidSOS, the leading provider of intelligent safety technology.
This partnership will enable Incident Action Plan data from StrataSite to be available within RapidSOS’s extensive safety network, which serves over 5,700 911 Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs), 21,000 first responder agencies, and more than 1,000,000 field responders across the United States.
The StrataSite platform empowers safety stakeholders to collaboratively design, share, and train on actionable plans that streamline emergency response during high-risk events. These plans include critical details such as command and control protocols, primary response locations, and communication workflows. By providing pre-planned, easily accessible data, StrataSite minimizes chaos during active threats, ensuring rapid and coordinated decision-making when every second counts.
“Our partnership with RapidSOS reinforces our mission to deliver vital tools that enhance emergency preparedness and response,” said Scott Lowry, president of StrataSite. “By making Incident Action Plan data from StrataSite ‘RapidSOS Ready,’ we’re equipping first responders with the information they need to act swiftly and effectively during active threats, ultimately saving time and lives. Together, we’re helping communities manage complex, high-pressure incidents with greater confidence and coordination.”
