NEW YORK, October 9, 2026 — RapidSOS, the leading public safety AI company, today announced a new partnership with Siento, an anonymous peer support and mental health platform built for first responders. The integration adds a button within RapidSOS Unite and the field responder app (IamResponding) that lets any first responder request mental health and peer support in a single click, launching directly into Siento’s anonymous, cross-agency support network.

First responders face elevated rates of PTSD, depression, and suicide risk, yet many avoid seeking help out of fear of isolation from their peers. Siento was built to solve exactly that problem: rather than routing support through a single agency’s internal — and often stigmatized — peer team, Siento connects first responders anonymously across a broader network, letting them change their identity with every interaction and reach out without fear of exposure.

“First responders shouldn’t have to choose between asking for mental health support and fulfilling their career goals,” said Karin Marquez, Chief Public Safety Brand Officer at RapidSOS. “Building anonymous mental health support directly into the tools they already use every day makes reaching out as simple and safe as it should be. It’s our responsibility to help our helpers.”

“Most peer support today is siloed inside a single department, which means you’re forced to confide your darkest thoughts with your peers and leaders. That makes asking for help tough,” said Andrew Douglas, founder of Siento. “Siento gives first responders a genuinely anonymous, cross-agency peer network. Our integration with RapidSOS means that the network is one click away, right inside the platform they already trust.”

“Our dispatchers and first responders carry the weight of this job every day. Having anonymous peer support from Siento built directly into RapidSOS means help is there the moment someone needs it. No judgement, no waiting, no worrying who may know,” said Jeanie Pharis, Director, Morgan County Emergency Management Communications District.
