We received a plot on our map followed up by an automated message stating that the person was involved in an accident. With the help of the location that RapidSOS provided, we were able to get emergency personnel on-scene within minutes. The vehicle was located at the bottom of a steep embankment that you couldn’t see from the road — the plot in RapidSOS was exact. Without the RapidSOS location, the coordinates that the automated message provided would have taken more time away from getting emergency personnel on-scene quickly. Time was of the essence.
