With the help of the location that RapidSOS provided, we were able to get emergency personnel on-scene within minutes. The vehicle was located at the bottom of a steep embankment that you couldn’t see from the road — the plot in RapidSOS was exact. Without the RapidSOS location, the coordinates that the automated message provided would have taken more time away from getting emergency personnel on-scene quickly. Time was of the essence.
