Mexico City Police received a Digital Alert, inside RapidSOS portal, from a convenience store. A woman had fainted in the store and an employee used a panic button to contact the police. Thanks to the alert, responders were able to arrive on scene quickly and paramedics attended to the patient at the scene, leading to a positive outcome.

A driver hit her panic button because she was scared while making a delivery in an unsafe area of town. The driver was afraid to get out of her car, so contacted a RapidSOS Safety Agent and requested that the agent stay on the line with her while she made the delivery. The driver was then able to safely make the delivery and get back into her car with peace of mind. She thanked the safety agent for being there to support her.

We had a hard fall from an elderly gentleman in our community; he was not easily able to communicate, but his smart watch detected the fall and RapidSOS provided the critical data with location down to the indoor room that allowed us to make the save.
